ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFIT
A member or his beneficiary shall have no right to assign, transfer or anticipate his interest in any payment under this Plan, and such payments shall not be subject to any legal process to levy upon or attached the same for payment of any claim against such member or his beneficiary. Under the federal pension legislation however, pension benefit credits are subject to applicable provincial property law on divorce, annulment or separation.
