The Dental and Extended Health Plan is carried by Manitoba Blue Cross under Group # 7023 - Alberta; #7024 - Saskatchewan; #7025 - Manitoba; # 7026 - Ontario.
The Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Long Term Disability Benefits are insured by Manulife Financial under Policy #4074.
The Weekly Disability Benefits are insured by Manulife Financial under Policy #6089.
