EFFECTIVE DATE
The Plan was established effective April 1, 1974.
Coverage was first extended to the Transit Mix section of the Industry effective from January 1, 1981.
The effective date for a participating employer and his employees is the date on which contributions to the Plan are first required by collective agreement. This date may vary from one employer to another.
