ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFIT
A member or their beneficiary shall have no right to assign, transfer or anticipate their interest in any payment under this Plan. Such payments shall not be subject to any legal process to levy upon or attach the same for payment of any claim against such member or their beneficiary.
