Welcome to the Prairie Teamsters Administration Services Ltd. (PTAS) website.  PTAS administers Health & Welfare benefits for eligible members and families of the Prairie Teamsters and Teamster Local Union 362 Health & Welfare Plans.  PTAS administers Pension benefits for eligible members of the Teamsters Prairie Provinces Pension Plan (T4P). The T4P was formed November 1, 2014 through the merger of the Prairie Teamsters Pension Plan and the General Teamsters Union, Local 362, Retirement Plan.  PTAS also administers the Teamsters/R.W.D.S.U. Local Workers Union Pension Plan. 

Here you will find copies of your booklets outlining your H&W or Pension benefits.  You will find forms needed to apply for disability benefits or for reimbursement of extended health, dental or vision care benefits.  Forms are also available to change personal information or add/remove dependents.   Your extended health, dental and vision care benefits are provided through Manitoba Blue Cross and your life and disability benefits are provided through Manulife Financial.
